The Sales Coordinator Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Al Qassim. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the sales department by ensuring efficient coordination and administrative management of sales activities.

Core Coordination Functions

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for streamlining the sales team's operations. This includes managing schedules, meticulously filing important documents, and ensuring effective communication of relevant information across the team to maintain operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and adequacy of all sales-related equipment and materials.
• Store and organize both financial and non-financial data in electronic formats, and generate necessary reports.
• Monitor and follow up on the processing of all customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Track the sales team’s progress, identify any operational shortcomings, and propose constructive improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events.
• Execute all assigned tasks in accordance with established safety and environmental protocols.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
