About the Role

ALKAFFARY GROUP is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Al Qassim, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on providing customer service and product knowledge within a showroom environment.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative serves as the initial point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. This position involves assisting customers with purchasing decisions by offering product information and maintaining customer relationships. The representative will contribute to the sales team's objectives by promoting products and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers professionally upon their arrival at the showroom.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrate product functionalities and address customer inquiries.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product and service promotion.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring attractive and well-stocked displays.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is beneficial.
Previous experience in retail sales or showroom environments is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer engagement.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
