Role Overview

هاليبرتون is seeking a Coord, HSE, Assoc to join our team in Al Qatif. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to health, safety, and environmental initiatives within a global energy industry leader. The role involves implementing critical HSE policies and procedures under direct supervision.

Position Scope and Context

The Coordinator, HSE, Assoc operates under the strict supervision of Operations Leadership. This role is responsible for the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines as instructed. Duties are typically assigned within a defined project, work-site, or specific geographic location, with assignments generally being well-defined for an entry-level professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with hazard identification and risk management processes.
• Supporting incident reporting, investigation, and causal analysis activities.
• Contributing to waste minimization, pollution prevention, and control efforts.
• Participating in emergency response procedures.
• Assisting with various compliance activities across all areas of HSE.
• Providing support during internal and external audits and inspections.
• Performing record-keeping and other general administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Science, or Engineering is required.
• This is an entry-level position, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
