About the Role

EHIF is seeking an Estimator VI to support its projects business in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role involves developing and managing cost estimates for various projects within the energy and materials sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-level and detailed cost models from early feasibility and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) stages through project execution.
Apply appropriate estimating techniques, including parametric, analogous, bottom-up via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and direct vendor quotes.
Segregate direct costs (materials, construction labor, equipment) from indirect costs (engineering services, project management, site overhead, permitting).
Quantify project risks and assign appropriate contingency and escalation reserves for market volatility and inflation.
Document all assumptions, level-of-definition percentages, design limits, and pricing databases used to build the estimate in a Basis of Estimate (BOE).
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning managers to ensure designs, lead times, and execution strategies align with financial numbers.
Propose cost-saving alternatives, material substitutes, or construction methods without compromising project quality or safety.
Cross-reference internal forecasts against industry standards, historical databases, and current regional market trends for benchmarking and validation.

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
