About the Role

INTECH is seeking a Process Engineer, a Saudi National with Arabic speaking proficiency, to join their team in Al Qatif. This full-time position is integral to supporting Industrial Digitalization Solutions across various sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, Mining, and Manufacturing. The role focuses on driving digital transformation, advanced process control, and process engineering projects, serving as a key client-facing engineering interface.

Role Context and Objectives

This position supports INTECH's commitment to delivering cutting-edge Digital Solutions. The Process Engineer will contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity through the optimization of industrial processes. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding and addressing industry challenges with a focus on excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Arabic-speaking liaison between clients and the project team.
• Collaborate with client process, operations, engineering, and IT/OT teams to define business and technical requirements.
• Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist with process studies, engineering calculations, and process performance analysis.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions.
• Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
• Support system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project execution.
• Coordinate project activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare operating manuals and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to client engineering standards, project procedures, and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills in Arabic and be adept at collaborating with diverse technical teams. A foundational understanding of process engineering principles and digital transformation concepts is expected.

Work Location and Travel

The position is based in Al Qatif. Travel to Ma'aden sites and other client locations across Saudi Arabia, or internationally, may be required as part of project responsibilities.
