Role Overview: UBD Well Site Service Leader

Halliburton is seeking a UBD Well site service leader to join its team in Al Qatif and Al Khobar. This full-time role involves coordinating and overseeing GeoBalance Applications operations at both well sites and base camps. The position emphasizes personnel development, operational excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site and base camp under broad direction.
• Provide necessary planning for jobs, including personnel allocation, equipment setup, well site direction, and customer support.
• Communicate with other Product Service Line (PSL) leaders and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability.
• Mentor and train junior personnel in areas of expertise.
• Interact with customers and supervise service completion activities and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements.
• Contact customers for performance follow-up and to plan future work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of a high school diploma.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in oil field drilling activities.
• At least 6 years of experience specifically in underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
