Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. (صيدليات الدواء) is a prominent pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services. We are currently seeking a meticulous Data Entry professional to join our team in Al Qunfidhah. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our operational data.

Role Summary

The Data Entry specialist plays a vital role in managing and processing critical information within our systems. This position involves the precise collection and entry of various data types into company databases, ensuring meticulous record-keeping. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding data integrity across the WM system and all other related computerized tools, directly contributing to streamlined operations and reliable data accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate commercial invoices, Advance Ship Notices (ASN), and Purchase Order (PO) data for accuracy.
• Generate pharmacy orders efficiently using the automated replenishment system.
• Accept and dispatch Return to Supplier (RSD) notifications after thorough validation of all associated data, including GTIN, Batch, and Quantity.
• Post all relevant SAP documents, such as Inbound Deliveries (IBDs), Outbound Deliveries (OBDs), and Transfer Orders (TOs), and print customer invoices or any other necessary related documentation.
• Report on all daily follow-up tasks, meticulously review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities while providing immediate feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of office equipment, addressing any malfunctions promptly to minimize disruption.
• Comply strictly with all established data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive information.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in a data entry, administrative, or a closely related role, preferably within a fast-paced operational environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at our facilities in Al Qunfidhah. The role requires consistent on-site presence to effectively manage data entry operations and ensure seamless collaboration with the wider team.
