The Data Entry Clerk Position

Alsaifhome is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data within the company's systems and spreadsheets. The position is fundamental to ensuring that all information is current and precise, supporting various operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data across company systems and spreadsheets.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all entered information.
Verify the integrity of source documents before data input.
Identify and correct data errors efficiently.
Organize and manage records systematically.
Provide support for inventory and sales data tracking initiatives.
Offer basic administrative support, including the preparation of simple reports.
Respond promptly to internal requests for information.
Coordinate effectively with other team members to facilitate smooth data flow.
Collaborate closely with office and retail teams to support efficient operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience level of 0-1 years is required.
Previous experience in data entry, retail operations, or administrative roles is beneficial.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role is based on-site at Alsaifhome's facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
