About the Opportunity

Aldawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Al Qunfidhah. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our warehouse facilities, overseeing daily activities and staff performance to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily functions and activities of all warehouse personnel.
• Delegate and assign tasks and targets, and conduct performance evaluations for staff.
• Manage and monitor staff timesheets to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Supervise proper shift allocations and ensure the overall efficiency of the warehouse team.

Operational Management and Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with all legal and safety procedures within the warehouse environment.
• Establish and implement operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and maintaining current warehouse inventory records.
• Ensure the proper functioning workflow and processes across all warehouses, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Inventory Control and Quality Assurance

• Manage inventory monitoring, including cycle counts, and conduct regular audits to validate results and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee the management and resolution of customer claims efficiently and professionally.

Staff Development and Training

• Organize and conduct necessary training activities for all warehouse staff and workers to enhance skills and performance.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Qunfidhah. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the operational success of Aldawaa Medical Services Co.'s logistics and supply chain.
