Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain internal audit files and records.
- Prepare and coordinate agendas for audit meetings.
- Type and draft reports and administrative correspondence.
- Monitor financial and accounting tasks related to audits.
- Coordinate between the internal audit management and other departments.
- Accurately enter data and update records.
Job Requirements:
- Saudi nationality.
- Experience in organizing files and records and managing meetings.
- Proficient in accounting and financial matters.
- Ability to schedule and prepare relevant agendas for audit management.
- Excellent typing skills and report writing capabilities.
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
