Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and set performance goals for the team.
- Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, address their needs promptly, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Sales Operations and Reporting: Monitor sales data, prepare reports, and oversee contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and knowledge of CRM software.
