About the Opportunity

Aventus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to a strategic government digital transformation initiative. This contract position is focused on the AlUla Permits Platform and is based in the North Medina Region, encompassing locations such as Al Ula and Medina.

Role Context and Contribution

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing government services through digital solutions. This position involves working on a critical platform designed to streamline permitting processes, directly supporting strategic initiatives within the region's public sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation activities to gather comprehensive business needs for the AlUla Permits Platform.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Use Cases.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for reengineering and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience, specifically within government services domains in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in requirement elicitation and documentation skills, including BRD and Use Case development.
• Proven experience in business process reengineering initiatives.
• Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role.

This is a contract position with Aventus. The role requires presence and engagement within the North Medina Region, specifically supporting projects in Al Ula and Medina.
