Tibah Airports Operation is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to enhancing the organization's security posture and protecting its digital assets.

The Role of Cybersecurity Engineer

The Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of technical security controls. This role is critical in protecting the organization's information assets, systems, and networks. It requires strong analytical thinking, deep technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies, and the ability to effectively respond to security incidents within a regulated operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.
• Troubleshoot security and network problems.
• Manage and configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, including the creation, tuning, and maintenance of DLP use cases and policies.
• Implement and enforce data classification frameworks and data protection controls across the organization.
• Manage and configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to secure corporate and BYOD devices.
• Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, covering access provisioning, role management, and periodic access reviews.
• Operate, configure, and monitor core security technologies such as Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, and Endpoint protection, and respond to security incidents.
• Ensure security controls are implemented and managed in alignment with NCA Cybersecurity Essential Controls (ECC) and support compliance assessments.
• Respond to all system and/or network security breaches.
• Protect the organization's data and infrastructure by enabling appropriate security controls.
• Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with relevant departments.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Deep technical expertise in a broad range of cybersecurity technologies.
• Proven ability to effectively respond to security incidents.

Technical Skills and Compliance

Candidates should possess practical experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Proficiency in operating and configuring core security technologies, including Firewalls, VPNs, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Web Proxies, and Endpoint Protection platforms, is essential. Familiarity with NCA Cybersecurity Essential Controls (ECC) and supporting compliance assessments is also required.

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, operating within a regulated environment that demands adherence to established security protocols and standards.
