The company emphasizes water stewardship, with all bottling sites certified to the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Standard and approximately 70 water regeneration projects globally.

The Role of Demand & Supply Planner

The Demand & Supply Planner ensures product availability in the correct quantities, at the optimal time and cost, to meet customer demand and maximize profitability. This full-time position is based in Medina and requires 2-5 years of experience. The role involves daily coordination with the logistics department to review stock, days of supply, and actual sales reports, ensuring all branches and warehouses in KSA maintain committed quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze region forecasts, sales forecasts, warehouse available space, and production capacity.
• Conduct detailed forecast analysis per SKU to enhance demand planning accuracy.
• Update, monitor, and perform root cause analysis for DSP KPIs, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all documentation for planning processes and systems is current and compliant with company standards.
• Analyze sales trends and identify key drivers for major products and product groups.
• Oversee production and material planning to maintain optimum inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials, preventing bad goods or out-of-stock situations.
• Prepare statistical forecasts to support the sales forecasting process and improve demand planning accuracy.
• Develop production plans based on available stocks, capacity, demand, and actual sales trends.
• Execute material planning considering available material stock, demand, sales trends, and warehouse capacity within material shelf life, aiming for optimal inventory and cost.
• Manage supply and dispatch planning to ensure stock balancing and minimize product spoilage.
• Facilitate volume communications between commercial and technical departments.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Demand & Supply Planner position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a strong analytical approach to data and a proactive mindset in planning and coordination.
