The Role: Facility Management Specialist

SEVEN is seeking a dedicated Facility Management Specialist to join its team in Medina. This full-time position involves supporting daily site operations, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and coordinating effectively between Integrated Facility Management (IFM) teams and various stakeholders to ensure optimal facility performance and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walkthroughs and comprehensive inspections to monitor facility conditions.
• Track the progress of both preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
• Update the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system with accurate work order statuses.
• Maintain the asset register and ensure the accuracy of all relevant documentation.
• Support IFM supervisors and contractors by coordinating day-to-day site activities.
• Prepare detailed reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance data.
• Assist in emergency response procedures and incident reporting as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience. A foundational understanding of facility operations and maintenance processes is beneficial.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah Province. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage and support facility operations.
