About the Role

DP World is seeking a Supervisor Facility Management to oversee the daily operations of terminal buildings and related facilities. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah, and is critical for ensuring that all facilities are maintained to high standards and remain fully operational.

Role Overview

The Supervisor Facility Management is responsible for the supervision and coordination of facility operations, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and fully functional environment. This includes overseeing housekeeping, managing space allocation, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role involves supporting the Facilities Manager by monitoring activities, proactively resolving issues, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and logistical needs for the workforce.
• Supervise the allocation and optimization of office and workspace requirements.
• Manage the distribution and usage of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
• Ensure housekeeping, cleaning, and waste management services consistently meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
• Track, report, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to facility management performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for all facility-related services and requirements.
• Process and follow up on purchase orders and invoices in accordance with procurement policies.
• Ensure vendors comply with agreed service levels and health and safety regulations.
• Assist in license renewals and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
• Respond to facility-related requests and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure services are delivered to the satisfaction of internal customers and stakeholders.
• Escalate recurring or critical issues to the Facilities Manager for further action.
• Provide guidance and daily supervision to facility staff, including maintenance, housekeeping, and support teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Support the training and development initiatives for facility staff.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in line with HSE standards and international marine safety requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Supervisor Facility Management position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or a similar supervisory role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role within DP World, operating across the Makkah region, specifically in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The position requires active on-site supervision and coordination of facility operations.
