Kitchen Supervisor

About the Role

Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join their team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food preparation and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the kitchen team and organize daily work assignments.
• Monitor the quality and preparation of meals and products according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory and raw materials, reporting shortages and required supplies.
• Organize and prepare workstations before and during operations.
• Monitor order speed and quality while minimizing errors and waste.
• Train new employees and monitor the performance of the kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Chef in restaurants.
• Practical experience in kitchen operations and management, with a preference for experience in burger restaurants.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in burger restaurants or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is preferred.
