About the Role

Petrocon Engineers & Consultants is seeking a DCS SCADA & Automation Commissioning Engineer to join their team in Al Wajh, Tabuk. This full-time position is critical for supporting commissioning, system integration, start-up, and operational readiness activities for the AMAALA Project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

Execute commissioning activities for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), loop checks, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
Support system integration, plant start-up, and operational readiness initiatives.
Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, operations, and vendor teams.
Manage commissioning documentation, testing reports, and system handover processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant commissioning experience.
Hands-on experience with Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 V10 is strictly mandatory.
Strong expertise in DCS, SCADA, PLC, and industrial automation systems.
Immediate availability for mobilization is strictly mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Experience in water treatment, desalination/Reverse Osmosis (RO), wastewater treatment/Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), utilities, or industrial infrastructure projects is preferred for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Wajh, Tabuk, supporting the AMAALA Project. The role involves working within a project-focused environment, collaborating with various engineering and operational teams.
