About the Kids For All Seasons Supervisor Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Kids For All Seasons Supervisor for its new resort in The Red Sea, located between Umluj and Al Wajh. This full-time position involves overseeing the daily operations of the children's program, ensuring young guests receive engaging, safe, and enriching experiences. The Supervisor will lead and support the Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) team, contributing to memorable moments for families.

Four Seasons is committed to delivering luxury experiences with genuine care, fostering a culture where team members are encouraged to grow and treat each other with respect. The new Four Seasons Resort Red Sea is situated on Shura Island, a central hub within The Red Sea destination. This upcoming luxury beachside destination, located along 200 kilometers of coastline between Umluj and Al Wajh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emphasizes sustainable practices and renewable energy. The resort will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, multiple dining options, a marine discovery center, and dedicated Kids For All Seasons facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Kids For All Seasons Supervisor is responsible for the following:

• Supervising daily activities and ensuring smooth operations of the Kids For All Seasons facility during assigned shifts.
• Leading age-appropriate activities such as arts & crafts, storytelling, nature walks, sports, and themed events.
• Welcoming children and parents, ensuring a safe, informed, and valued experience.
• Guiding and mentoring KFAS Attendants in delivering high-quality programming.
• Assisting in the training of new team members on safety protocols, service standards, and child engagement practices.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the KFAS facility and materials.
• Enforcing health, safety, and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Monitoring and reporting any concerns, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.
• Providing guest service to both children and parents.
• Communicating guest feedback and programming ideas to management for continuous improvement.
• Maintaining daily records of child participation and activity schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in child engagement or hospitality.
• Demonstrated passion for child engagement, creativity, and hospitality.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a nurturing, professional, and joyful environment for children.

Team and Work Environment

The Kids For All Seasons Supervisor will work within a collaborative team, promoting a positive culture and supporting colleagues. The role requires leading by example to create a professional and joyful environment for young guests and the KFAS team. This position is based full-time at the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea on Shura Island.
