• Manage daily security operations, ensuring a safe environment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Lead and train the security team to maintain professionalism.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Monitor security systems to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage incident reporting and investigation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to balance security with guest experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance security measures.

Qualifications:

• Saudi National with a commitment to luxury hospitality.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in security management.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and crisis management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of local laws related to security.
