The Role: Senior Construction Manager Electrical

Mace is seeking a Senior Construction Manager Electrical to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically for projects in Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time role involves overseeing the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of major utility and infrastructure packages within a significant entertainment and luxury hospitality project. The project includes extensive infrastructure and built assets, with a focus on rapid delivery through a hands-on construction management approach. The development features complex utility infrastructure and networks, including power, telecommunications, district cooling, water, and wastewater systems, along with associated treatment and distribution facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction delivery of electrical infrastructure and utility packages from mobilisation through to handover.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors undertaking utility, power, and infrastructure works.
• Monitor construction progress against programme and drive recovery plans where required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, regulatory approvals, and industry standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between utility providers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
• Drive health, safety, and environmental performance across all work fronts.
• Review construction methodologies, temporary works proposals, and installation sequencing.
• Support risk identification, mitigation, and resolution of site-related issues.
• Produce and present progress updates to senior project leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong background in major infrastructure programmes and utility-heavy developments.
• Experience in managing both main and subcontract packages.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, construction oversight, and stakeholder management.
