About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Receptionist for Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea, located in Umluj, Tabuk. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

Role Context and Vision

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will contribute to the vision of Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea, which focuses on helping guests reconnect with themselves, others, and the world. Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and manage check-in and registration procedures efficiently and courteously, utilizing guest names when appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of room rates and identify opportunities for upselling when necessary.
Ascertain guest satisfaction, collect keys, process all billing procedures accurately, minimize rebates during check-out, and bid farewell to guests.
Manage an assigned bank, including making changes, cashing checks, and exchanging foreign currency.
Reconcile all financial transactions at the conclusion of each shift.
Maintain efficient departmental administration, including timely preparation and submission of operational reports.
Conduct procedures related to the provision of guest in-room amenities.
Ensure all departmental equipment is clean and in good working order.
Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards for service and operation.
Strive to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Front Office Receptionist position must possess the following:

Required qualifications and technical skills for a Front Office Receptionist role.
Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, demonstrating successful results.
Experience level of 0-1 years is required.
