About the Role

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Kids Club Assistant Manager for its new property, Raffles The Red Sea, located in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia, specifically covering Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time position involves assisting in the daily operations and management of the Kids Club, ensuring a refined and safe experience for young guests within a luxury resort environment.

Raffles The Red Sea will offer 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, including an overwater restaurant, and a Spa. The property is designed as a sanctuary of refined elegance and timeless luxury, blending Raffles’ legendary graciousness and personalized service with the natural beauty and sustainability ethos of Red Sea Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily club functions, including facility maintenance, equipment sanitation, and ensuring all areas remain orderly and safe.
• Supervise Kids Club Attendants, conducting regular training sessions to enhance skills and ensuring strict adherence to child protection and luxury service standards.
• Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging programs such as shell painting, scavenger hunts, kids' yoga, and nature-themed activities that align with the Red Sea's unique environment.
• Personally welcome families, addressing inquiries and concerns with professional discretion, and managing special requests to ensure a seamless family experience.
• Enforce strict sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain detailed records of attendance, incident reports, and emergency contacts.
• Manage inventory for toys and supplies, coordinate with departments like Housekeeping and Engineering, and assist with staff scheduling and performance appraisals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated pre-opening experience is a mandatory requirement for this new development.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury service standards.
• An anticipatory service approach and a strong understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are highly valued.
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-opening stages.
• A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
