Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner to deliver excellent service.
• Manage guest queries with promptness and friendliness.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings to assist guests.
• Adhere to Hilton’s grooming standards and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security and health regulations.

What We Are Looking For:

• A positive attitude and good communication skills (both written and oral).
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage department.
• Familiarity with food hygiene regulations.
