Job Responsibilities:- Provide a friendly and personalized welcome for guests.
- Offer attentive service, adapting to any special needs guests may have.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests, offering advice and ensuring follow-up on their feedback.
- Prepare welcome desk and manage seating allocations and reservations.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-organized before and after operations.
- Stay informed about menu items and their availability before each shift.
- Maintain the equipment in good condition.
Qualifications:- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Guest-oriented with a service-minded attitude.
- Sales acumen and a dynamic personality.
- Excellent presentation skills with a thorough, organized approach.
