Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), a subsidiary of RSG, designs and delivers land and marine experiences, managing a portfolio of sports, adventure, and leisure offerings including water sports through Galaxea. Role Overview

The Manager – Dive Center is a site-based leadership role responsible for the overall management, performance, and daily operations of the GALAXEA Dive Center within The Red Sea destination, located in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all diving activities, courses, and guest experiences, adhering to luxury hospitality standards and international diving regulations. The Manager – Dive Center is accountable for operational excellence, team leadership, asset readiness, and commercial performance, contributing to the growth of GALAXEA as a diving destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the GALAXEA Dive Center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and guest flow.
• Ensure all diving activities are conducted safely, professionally, and in compliance with SOPs and training agency standards.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized diving experiences aligned with luxury service standards and manage guest feedback.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructors, divemasters, technicians, and marine crew, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, enforcing compliance with international diving standards (*, PADI or equivalent), local regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and readiness of all dive equipment, vessels, and facilities, including inventory management.
• Manage all dive center revenue streams, monitor financial performance, and collaborate with marketing teams.
• Support the setup, testing, and operational readiness of the Dive Center and contribute to the development of SOPs and safety protocols.
• Champion marine conservation and responsible diving practices, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate operational, financial, and safety records, providing regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in dive center management or a related leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in operational management, team leadership, and guest experience delivery within a luxury hospitality context.
• Strong understanding of international diving regulations and safety standards (*, PADI or equivalent).
• Experience in asset and equipment management, including maintenance and inventory.
• Proven ability in commercial and retail performance management.

Work Environment

This is a site-based role at the GALAXEA Dive Center within The Red Sea destination. The position requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons. It involves both operational leadership and direct guest-facing responsibilities, playing a role in positioning GALAXEA as a global diving destination.
