Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking a Dive Center Supervisor to join its team in Tabuk, specifically in Umluj. This full-time role is based at the dive center and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Dive Center Supervisor supports the Dive Center Manager in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality delivery of all dive operations and underwater tourism activities within the assigned asset.

Role Overview

As the senior instructional authority on-site, the Dive Center Supervisor combines operational oversight, team supervision, and direct guest engagement. This role ensures that all diving activities, including training, guided excursions, and retail operations, meet the highest professional, safety, and service standards. The position is critical for maintaining operational excellence, developing team capabilities, and aligning with environmental sustainability objectives within a luxury marine tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Dive Center Manager in daily operations and overall performance.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating the dive team, including instructors, dive masters, and support staff.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of dive center operations across multiple assets.
• Ensure alignment with environmental and sustainability requirements related to marine life and underwater tourism.
• Oversee the delivery of all dive center activities, ensuring safety, professionalism, and adherence to training agency standards.
• Lead dive excursions and deliver training programs as the senior instructor on-site.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of dive operations, training, certifications, and guest activities.
• Support retail and commercial activities, including dive-related sales and guest engagement.
• Maintain the overall presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the dive center.
• Ensure safety is the highest priority across all dive operations and enforce compliance with diving standards and emergency procedures.
• Promote environmental stewardship and responsible diving practices.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, SOPs, and training agency standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and guest experience.

Pre-Opening and Post-Opening Duties

• Assist in the setup, planning, and operational readiness of dive center facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the delivery phase to achieve operational targets and timelines.
• Support the development of operational procedures, safety protocols, and training standards.
• Post-opening, support the Dive Center Manager in maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in dive center operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a senior instructional authority.
• Experience in operational oversight and team supervision.
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible diving practices.

Work Environment

This role operates within a luxury dive center and marine tourism environment. It requires flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and during peak seasons. The position combines operational leadership with hands-on instructional and guest-facing responsibilities, playing a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality dive operations and exceptional guest experiences.
