This full-time position for a PR & Guest Experience Executive is based in Umluj, specifically for Jumeirah The Red Sea, and is open to Saudi National Talent.

Role Overview

The PR & Guest Experience Executive supports the resort's public relations and communications activities, working under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications. This role involves collaboration with external agencies, media, and internal teams to enhance the resort's presence and guest offerings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the resort’s PR and communications activities, working with the PR agency, media, and internal teams.
• Coordinate media, influencer, and creator visits, including planning, itineraries, and on-property experience.
• Build familiarity with Saudi media, creators, cultural figures, and local communities to support authentic stories about the resort and destination.
• Support the development and coordination of guest experiences, cultural rituals, and special programming in collaboration with Marketing and Operations.
• Contribute to social and digital storytelling by identifying moments, people, and experiences suitable for compelling content.
• Maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets, and reports to ensure organized and coordinated activities.
• Assist with daily marketing operations as required.
