Role Overview

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Transport and Distribution to support its operations in Tabuk, specifically in Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time role involves gathering, cleansing, sorting, and aggregating data from various sources to support the Transport & Distribution Department. The Senior Coordinator will consult on business information and decision-making needs, and design, plan, coordinate, and manage data to generate output reports and presentations. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with shipping companies to ensure timely and satisfactory arrival of shipments.
• Coordinate the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records to identify overstocks or shortages.
• Review orders to ensure correct fulfillment and inclusion of all necessary information.
• Plan routes and schedules for transport vehicles to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of materials or products to clients.
• Develop new methods for storing or transporting goods to reduce costs or increase efficiency.
• Review shipping costs to determine the most cost-effective method of transporting goods.
• Provide logistical support to other departments during events such as trade shows.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in transport, distribution, or a related supply chain field.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, cleanse, sort, and aggregate data from various sources.
• Experience in designing, planning, coordinating, and managing data to generate reports and presentations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, with operations spanning Umluj and Tabuk. The role involves working within a specialized supply chain and logistics subsidiary dedicated to supporting Red Sea Global's ambitious projects.
