Role Overview

Daa International is seeking a Terminal Operations and Guests Experience Duty Manager to join its team in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing terminal operations during assigned shifts, ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture. The Duty Manager will also coordinate with stakeholders and deliver an outstanding guest experience aligned with luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless passenger flow across all terminal touchpoints.
• Manage shift operations, workforce deployment, operational readiness, and effective handovers to maintain service continuity.
• Act as the primary operational decision-maker during the assigned shift, managing incidents, disruptions, delays, diversions, and escalations.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, security agencies, government authorities, and service providers to ensure smooth terminal operations.
• Monitor terminal facilities, systems, equipment, and passenger processing areas to ensure readiness and operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving escalated complaints, supporting VIP/VVIP journeys, and driving service excellence initiatives.
• Utilize Terminal Operations Control (TOC) processes to maintain situational awareness, manage escalations, and support operational reporting.
• Lead, coach, and support frontline teams while ensuring compliance with company policies, training requirements, grooming standards, and performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and operational requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and provide recommendations to enhance operational performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field.
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in aviation and airport operations, including operational management and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
