About the Role

Accor is seeking a Wellness Instructor to join its team at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, located within the Red Sea Project in Tabuk and Umluj. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in fitness and wellness instruction.

Role Context

Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea will offer guests two nature-focused resorts, featuring 361 rooms, diverse dining options, and a spa. The property aims to provide a sanctuary of elegance and luxury, blending Raffles' service with the sustainability ethos of Red Sea Global. The Wellness Instructor will play a key role in delivering fitness and wellness programs to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily fitness and wellness sessions, including personal training, group classes, and recreational activities, adhering to brand standards.
• Ensure all fitness facilities and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Conduct regular checks of gym equipment and promptly report any maintenance needs.
• Prepare fitness spaces for sessions, ensuring proper setup, ambiance, hygiene, and readiness.
• Support spa and wellness operations as needed to ensure seamless service flow.
• Provide personalized fitness assessments, training programs, and wellness guidance tailored to guest needs.
• Engage guests to enhance their overall wellness journey and stay experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with spa therapists, wellness curators, and recreation team members for aligned guest experiences.
• Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about guest profiles and operational priorities.
• Communicate fitness schedules, appointments, and program details accurately.
• Promote wellness activities, fitness offerings, and personal training sessions to drive revenue.
• Ensure accurate recording of sessions and adherence to booking and billing procedures.
• Comply with health, safety, and fitness industry standards, focusing on guest safety and injury prevention.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Uphold grooming and presentation standards.
• Support sustainability and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Recognized certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications in yoga, Pilates, or specialized wellness disciplines are advantageous.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, training programs, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage guests with varying fitness levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time position is based in Tabuk and Umluj. The role operates within a luxury hospitality environment, requiring adherence to high standards of service and presentation.
