About Badhrah Investment Company

Badhrah Investment Company is a Saudi startup based in Buraydah, Al-Qassim, specializing in the construction and real estate development sectors. As the company experiences growth, we are seeking to establish robust financial processes from an early stage. This full-time position is crucial for supporting our expanding operations and ensuring financial integrity.

The Role of Accountant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Accountant to manage the financial aspects of our construction and real estate projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, tracking project costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires close collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day accounting operations.
Track and monitor project costs effectively.
Prepare and present financial reports.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.
Provide support for compliance requirements.
Coordinate closely with management, project teams, contractors, suppliers, and external advisers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in accounting.
Previous experience in construction, contracting, project accounting, property development, or real estate is strongly preferred.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Good understanding of core accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost control.
Practical knowledge of Saudi VAT and electronic invoicing requirements is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience using an accounting system or ERP platform.
