Role Overview

The Officer - CT Branch Sales is responsible for assisting customers in identifying suitable holiday products and providing comprehensive information on travel itineraries and packages. This role also involves achieving individual sales targets and contributing to an enhanced overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leisure travel assistance to clients, covering air travel, hotel bookings, resorts, cruises, restaurant reservations, tours, and sightseeing.
• Conduct ongoing research on travel products and services using various resources, including the internet, sales representatives, and industry publications.
• Achieve individual sales targets by maintaining a high customer conversion rate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Advise customers on essential travel-related aspects such as travel insurance, visas, and vaccinations.
• Resolve customer conflicts and issues, follow up on travel plans, and make necessary adjustments.
• Process customer feedback regarding service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify customer needs and customize holiday packages to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a high level of competency, initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
• Gather necessary documents and information for processing requests (*, visas, IDL) and coordinate with the Service Coordinator for timely responses.
• Maintain a customer database for bookings and preferences, and provide personalized services as required.
• Adhere to service level targets and collaborate with other departments to meet client expectations.
• Stay informed on airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and industry requirements, applying this knowledge accurately to travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a travel agency company.
• High School Graduate or a Diploma in any field is preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Buraydah.
