About the Role

Blacksip is seeking a Marketing, Sales & Content Creation Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive individual with 0-1 years of experience who possesses a strong marketing and business mindset. The specialist will be instrumental in developing the branch, increasing sales, attracting new customers, and contributing to the company's continuous growth and improvement.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to strengthen the brand's presence, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure sustained growth and operational excellence. The role requires a creative marketing vision combined with practical skills in content creation and sales strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph coffee products, bakery items, and menu offerings.
Create and edit engaging videos and creative content for various platforms.
Manage and publish content across social media channels.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and ideas to drive sales growth.
Identify opportunities for branch development and enhance customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments promptly and professionally.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, proposing ideas for differentiation.
Track sales performance and suggest initiatives to achieve improved results.
Translate creative concepts into actionable initiatives that support business expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be a Saudi national.
Proficiency in photography, video editing, and content creation tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A genuine passion for marketing, sales, and business development.
Creative and commercially minded, with the ability to develop and execute new ideas effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with a strong focus on achieving results.
