The Role of HSE Manager

DataVolt is seeking an HSE Manager to join its team in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment across construction projects. The role involves leading HSE implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a robust safety culture within all project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of DataVolt HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise, support, and ensure compliance with local regulatory and other requirements for construction projects.
• Provide guidance and support on all HSE-related matters specific to construction activities.
• Identify, develop, or source necessary HSE training for onsite employees.
• Collaborate with the Project Director to ensure appointed EPC contractors implement and maintain HSE standards that meet or exceed DataVolt expectations.
• Ensure all accidents and incidents are reported, investigated, and recorded in a timely manner.
• Review work procedures to assign risk levels and evaluate established risk controls.
• Ensure High-Risk Activities are effectively planned, controlled, and managed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, reviewing data integrity and confirming the accuracy of statistics.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly HSE inspections for construction activities.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned across projects, based on previous experience, knowledge, and DataVolt requirements.
• Carry out periodic HSE audits as per DataVolt requirements.
• Conduct weekly and monthly HSE meetings with various stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement HSE initiatives and campaigns.
• Perform contractor and supplier assessments where applicable.

Required Experience

Candidates for the HSE Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, with a strong background in construction projects.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time role based in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The position requires active engagement with onsite construction activities and collaboration with project teams and external partners to uphold DataVolt's HSE standards.
