About Fairmont Red Sea

Fairmont Red Sea is a luxury resort located within the Red Sea Project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The resort features 361 rooms, eleven dining concepts including overwater restaurants, and a spa. Situated next to an 18-hole championship golf course, Fairmont Red Sea aims to set new standards in sustainable development along 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of over 90 unspoiled islands, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitats, and ancient archaeological sites.

The Role of Outlet Manager

The Outlet Manager for The Club at Fairmont The Red Sea will report to the F&B Manager and be responsible for the daily operations of the assigned outlet. This full-time position, based in Umluj or Tabuk, requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity, focusing on ensuring efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction within a luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and consistent service delivery in line with established standards.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the outlet team, managing scheduling, training, coaching, performance, and continuous development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that promotes engagement and well-being.
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction by consistently implementing and monitoring outlet procedures.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, attentive, and memorable experiences.
Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure effective resolution.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, food safety, environmental standards, and company policies.
Monitor outlet performance, including revenue, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and inventory, taking corrective action as needed.
Manage inventory and procurement processes to ensure appropriate stock levels, minimize wastage, and maintain product quality.
Support the preparation and management of outlet budgets, forecasts, and financial targets, providing accurate reports.
Collaborate with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Stewarding, Engineering, and other departments for seamless operations.
Conduct regular briefings and meetings to ensure clear communication of operational priorities and service standards.
Monitor colleague performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive accountability and professional growth.
Ensure accurate use of POS and operational systems, maintaining reliable records and transaction controls.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to outlet operations, staffing, inventory, financial performance, and compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, revenue generation, and guest satisfaction.
Support sustainability initiatives and promote responsible resource use in line with resort objectives.
Remain adaptable and resilient in a dynamic luxury resort environment, responding effectively to changing requirements.
Represent the resort professionally at all times, demonstrating leadership, integrity, and a passion for hospitality.

Required Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in outlet management within a luxury hospitality setting.

This is a full-time position based in the Tabuk region, specifically in Umluj or Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic luxury resort environment that emphasizes sustainable development and high service standards.
