About the Role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Resort Manager for Rooms and Resort Operations in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing designated operational departments at a remote, world-class resort. The Resort Manager will ensure guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance across assigned areas, leading a team and upholding luxury standards in a challenging environment. The position requires strategic vision and operational expertise, with over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a deputy to the General Manager and represent the hotel in their absence.
• Participate in the development and execution of the hotel's strategic business plan.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-departmental collaboration to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Oversee Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Laundry, ensuring high standards of guest service.
• Oversee the Engineering division to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and reliability of all hotel facilities.
• Lead capital expenditure planning and asset preservation strategies.
• Lead special projects assigned by the General Manager and support hotel openings, transitions, and renovations.
• Support the achievement of annual budgets, GOP targets, and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and HS&E standards.
• Lead emergency response preparedness and risk management initiatives.

Performance Metrics

• Guest satisfaction scores, online reputation rankings, and audit results against targets.
• Achievement of GOP, budget, and Rooms Division revenue targets (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy).
• Cost per occupied room, labor productivity, and delivery of cost-saving initiatives.
• Preventive maintenance completion rate and capex projects delivered on time and within budget.
• Utility consumption and sustainability targets aligned with Red Sea Global's environmental commitments.
• HS&E and security audit compliance, timely closure of action items, and incident rates.
• Emergency preparedness, including completion of drills and crisis readiness reviews.
• Colleague engagement, retention, and succession plans in place for key positions.
• Timely delivery of strategic projects and executive reports assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated strategic vision and operational expertise.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, isolated setting while delivering guest experiences.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and service innovation.
