Introduction to the Role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a highly experienced Restaurant General Manager for a full-time position in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the full operations of a high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurant within a resort or entertainment environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.

Role Overview and Impact

The Restaurant General Manager acts as the primary business owner of the venue, responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, compliance, and strategic planning. This position requires driving profitability and leading a multicultural team through daily operations, structured training, and performance development. The role ensures adherence to resort SOPs, Forbes, HACCP standards, and municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) coordination.
• Achieve monthly and yearly targets for Revenue, GOP, Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Payroll %, and OPEX.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for all FOH team members, developing skills in service standards, upselling, and product knowledge.
• Support the creation of marketing strategies, promotions, and special events, collaborating with PR, Marketing, and F&B teams.
• Maintain full compliance with brand guidelines for service, plating, uniforms, and the overall guest journey.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports covering revenue, staffing, issues, and action plans.
• Monitor daily revenue performance, average check, and guest capture rate, leading cost-control initiatives.
• Conduct performance appraisals, create Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and manage disciplinary actions.
• Build relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and partners to enhance guest loyalty and identify revenue opportunities.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards exceed regulatory requirements and conduct weekly self-audit inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in upscale casual dining, preferably within luxury/high-end hotels, lifestyle brands, or resort environments.
• Strong understanding of international cuisine, beverage programs, and guest-experience design principles.
