Role Summary

Equinox Resort Amaala is seeking a Bartendress to support its bar operations. This full-time position is based in Al Wajh, Tabuk, and involves contributing to the successful launch and ongoing operations of the resort's bars. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in implementing bar strategies to achieve established goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, and coffee, adhering to established standards.
• Apply knowledge of mixology trends, innovations, and ingredients to deliver a refined beverage experience for guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper mise en place of the bar area.
• Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and quality of all products served.
• Monitor stock levels and implement measures to minimize wastage.
• Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and hotel operational standards.
• Support the bar team with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
• Provide professional service to guests.

Candidate Profile
