About the Cluster Reservations Manager Role

Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, a new luxury destination in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Cluster Reservations Manager. This full-time position is responsible for managing and maximizing budgeted revenues across all market segments for the hotel cluster. The role focuses on handling individual bookings for national and international accounts, ensuring efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all reservation inquiries are handled professionally and promptly, preventing business loss.
• Conduct training for reservation agents to enhance selling skills and maintain service standards.
• Address and resolve guest issues effectively to protect revenue and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the department schedule to ensure adequate coverage and minimize call loss, maximizing conversion rates.
• Track call performance using standard conversion sheets and report results daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Implement and adjust selling strategies across all channels and segments as directed.
• Generate required reports and assist in maintaining reservation, property management, and revenue management systems.
• Adhere to administrative procedures, including confirming reservations within 24 hours, validating no-show charges, and maintaining filing systems.
• Conduct annual reviews, recommend succession plans for employee development, and identify areas for departmental improvement.
• Monitor and report on incentive program results, ensuring program integrity and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Degree/Diploma in Training and Development or Hotel Management.
• Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Preference for experience within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Understanding of local culture and prior work experience in the region is advantageous.

Work Location and Type
