Foreman General Services: Role Overview

Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking a Foreman General Services for its full-time operations in Al Ula, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the planning, allocation, and execution of general services tasks that support production activities at the Al Ula site. The Foreman will play a crucial part in ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising assigned crews to ensure efficient task completion.
• Monitoring workmanship quality and strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project requirements and established site procedures.
• Coordinating daily activities effectively with various internal stakeholders.
• Reporting regularly on progress, identifying issues, and communicating resource needs to the production leadership.
• Verifying the readiness of the site for upcoming activities.
• Coordinating logistics support as required to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintaining organized and efficient work areas.
• Contributing to the prompt resolution of field challenges to minimize downtime and support the overall project program.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar general services or foreman role, preferably within civil engineering or large-scale infrastructure projects.
