About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Health and Safety Manager Marine projects to lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities. This full-time position is based in Sharma, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with significant experience in managing safety across complex construction and marine environments.

Role Mandate

The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive HSE initiatives across various construction and marine projects. A core aspect of this role involves ensuring strict compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, international safety standards, and specific project requirements. The position demands expertise in risk management, incident prevention, and overall HSE leadership within a marine construction context.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting environmental and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to protocols.
Investigating accidents thoroughly to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Developing and implementing effective safety programs tailored to project needs and regulatory requirements.
Training employees on essential safety procedures and best practices to foster a safety-conscious culture.
Enforcing environmental and safety regulations across all project sites.
Monitoring ongoing compliance with established environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant health and safety management capacity.
