Y-axis Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kids Club Supervisor for Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within the groundbreaking Red Sea Project. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations and ensuring a high standard of care and engagement for children at the resort's Kids Club.

With 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, including an overwater restaurant, and a Spa, Raffles The Red Sea is designed as a sanctuary of refined elegance and timeless luxury. The property blends Raffles’ renowned graciousness and personalized service with the natural beauty and sustainability ethos of Red Sea Global, providing a curated haven for discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily functions of the Kids Club, ensuring the facility is clean, orderly, and all play equipment is sanitized weekly.
• Supervise, train, and motivate Kids Club Attendants, ensuring their attendance at required training sessions and adherence to proper child supervision protocols.
• Assist in the design and implementation of innovative, age-appropriate recreational and educational programs that reflect local culture and brand creativity.
• Enforce strict check-in/out procedures, maintain accurate attendance records, and promptly report any hazards or injuries to the Kids Club Manager.
• Interact with children and parents in a warm, professional manner, addressing special requests, dietary restrictions, and concerns with a proactive, anticipatory approach.
• Manage inventory for toys and supplies, complete daily paperwork, and meet monthly report deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience within a luxury hotel or resort kids club. Pre-opening experience is highly preferred and considered essential for this location.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field such as Hospitality or Tourism.
• Mandatory current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
• High emotional intelligence and fluency in English.
• An understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
• A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Location and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically at the Raffles The Red Sea resort, which is part of the Red Sea Project in Umluj. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
