About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist (Saudi National) to join a dynamic team on a high-profile project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting project delivery by meticulously monitoring cost, schedule, and performance metrics.

Role Purpose

The Project Controls Specialist plays a critical part in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within the allocated budget. This involves comprehensive tracking, analysis, and reporting to maintain project integrity and facilitate informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Track project expenditures, commitments, and financial forecasts, performing detailed variance analysis against the approved baseline budget.
Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports that detail schedule status, cost performance, and key milestones.
Support the identification of potential project risks and monitor change orders to evaluate their impact on project cost and timeline.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather necessary data and resolve any schedule or cost discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must be a Saudi National.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project controls or a closely related field is required.
Proficiency in project scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 or MS Project, is essential.
Demonstrated ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and prepare clear, concise reports.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a collaborative project environment. The specialist will interact regularly with various project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and site teams, to ensure seamless data flow and effective problem resolution.
