The Role of Architectural Engineer

Alfanar Projects is seeking a qualified and driven Architectural Engineer to join its expanding team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working on key infrastructure projects, with a focus on ensuring high standards in project delivery, compliance, and effective stakeholder collaboration. The role is central to maintaining the quality and integrity of architectural works within large-scale construction efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.
Verify that construction processes comply with approved designs and established quality standards.
Coordinate effectively across various disciplines, including architectural, structural, civil, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and infrastructure teams.
Ensure all architectural works meet relevant safety regulations and standards.
Review architectural drawings for constructability and practical implementation.
Track construction progress against project schedules and actively participate in progress meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with a proven track record in infrastructure projects, demonstrating strong technical skills and an understanding of construction processes and compliance requirements.
