Architectural Engineer

About the Role

Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co is seeking an Architectural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting architectural projects and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements within the company's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design specifications for company facilities and projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Support the planning and implementation of construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Review technical drawings, material specifications, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with approved designs and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and adherence to approved budgets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved plans and applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, relevant safety requirements, and applicable engineering standards.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates as required.
• Identify design or execution challenges and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Support the evaluation of contractors, suppliers, and technical proposals related to architectural works.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in architectural projects and design.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and review architectural drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and relevant safety and engineering standards.

Work Environment
