About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an Attraction Assistant Manager for a full-time position in Jazan, Jazan Province. This role is responsible for leading the daily operations within the Attractions department, ensuring smooth and efficient execution while maintaining high guest service standards. The Assistant Manager will oversee operational compliance, safety, and financial success, leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies for the attraction, aligning with the overall departmental strategy.
Conduct market analysis to inform business plans, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize revenue and guest engagement.
Oversee the procurement process for all goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.
Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, tracking, and maintaining accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Attractions GM, other department managers, staff, suppliers, and partners.
Oversee the budgeting process, monitor expenditure, and provide regular financial reports to the Attractions GM.
Oversee staff and resource scheduling to optimize operational efficiency and control costs.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with SEVEN’s standards and regulations.
Lead risk management initiatives and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational challenges.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations for both guests and staff.
Direct the recruitment, training, and performance management of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution and optimal staff coverage.
Manage the financial performance of the attraction, preparing detailed financial reports and collaborating with the finance team.
Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead efforts to ensure positive guest interactions, address complaints promptly, and monitor feedback to improve guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in attractions or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead daily operations, manage procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning.
Proven experience in ensuring operational compliance, safety, and financial success.
Experience in leading and developing a team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Working Relationships

The Attraction Assistant Manager will interact internally with the Attractions Manager, Operations team, Finance Department, and HR Department. External interactions include suppliers, vendors, external partners, and local authorities.
