Structural Engineer Position

Outdoor Factory MEA is seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join its team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the design, coordination, and execution of structural systems for themed environments, attractions, and entertainment facilities.

Role Overview

The Structural Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and safety of structures within complex projects. This position requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging BIM-based engineering workflows to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for primary and secondary steel structures.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings for structural components.
• Develop comprehensive calculation reports to support design decisions.
• Review structural drawings and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all designs meet client standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate structural models with all other disciplines using Navisworks.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in structural engineering. Experience in the following areas is highly preferred:

• Working on theme parks and entertainment venues.
• Designing complex architectural structures.

Required Technical Expertise

A strong understanding and practical experience with relevant building codes and international standards are essential for this position. This includes demonstrated experience working with:

• Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• International standards such as ACI, AISC, BS, and Eurocode.
