Role Overview

SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is seeking an Arabic Language Expert to contribute to the enhancement of AI models. This fully remote, hourly-paid contract position is based in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the evaluation and generation of high-quality bilingual training content in Arabic and English.

Core Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Arabic and English responses, assessing reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving.
• Provide expert feedback to guide models in producing accurate, logical, and clearly explained answers.
• Assess AI solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to prompts, identifying errors in methodology or conceptual understanding.
• Fact-check information to ensure the factual correctness of AI outputs.

Content Generation and Optimization

• Generate high-quality bilingual training content, including detailed prompts and responses across various topics.
• Write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality to optimize AI performance.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases and ensuring model integrity.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role are expected to have 5-10 years of professional experience, demonstrating strong linguistic proficiency in both Arabic and English, coupled with expertise in content evaluation and generation.

This is a contractor position, offering fully remote work with flexible hours and an hourly payment structure.
