The Role of Architectural Engineer

Alfanar Projects is seeking a qualified and driven Architectural Engineer to join its expanding team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working on key infrastructure projects, with a focus on ensuring high standards in project delivery, compliance, and effective stakeholder collaboration. The role is central to maintaining the quality and integrity of architectural works within large-scale construction efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.
• Verify that construction processes comply with approved designs and established quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively across various disciplines, including architectural, structural, civil, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure all architectural works meet relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Review architectural drawings for constructability and practical implementation.
• Track construction progress against project schedules and actively participate in progress meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with a proven track record in infrastructure projects, demonstrating strong technical skills and an understanding of construction processes and compliance requirements.
